This included measuring, estimating, showing samples, and providing quotes on the spot.
The concept worked brilliantly for both us and our customers. It allowed them to see the actual flooring samples in their own space, under the natural light of their home, rather than in the artificial lighting of a retail shop. This made the decision-making process much easier and more convenient.
This marked the beginning of a new era—buying flooring from the comfort of your own home. Since then, we've never looked back and have continued to serve our customers with this modern, revolutionary approach to flooring sales.
